Mission Timeline

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days (gear preparation for deployment)
  • Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx (£12.95)
  • Free Shipping: 15-25 business days via EMS (orders over £50)
TACTICAL NOTE: Delivery estimates exclude customs clearance times for international operations. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may be excluded from service.

RETURN MISSION PARAMETERS

Mission Window

You have 15 days from receipt of your order to initiate a return or exchange. All returned items must be in original, unused condition with tags attached and packaging intact.

Step 1: Contact HQ

Step 2: Await Authorization

Our tactical support team will respond within 48 hours with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions. Do not deploy your return without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package your items using the original packaging when possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship to:

Step 4: Mission Completion

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

FINANCIAL EXTRACTION (REFUNDS)

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
COMBAT NOTE: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

EXCHANGE PROTOCOL

For exchanges:

  • Follow standard return procedures
  • Specify your desired replacement item
  • We’ll ship your new item once the return is received
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

NON-RETURNABLE EQUIPMENT

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless defective:

  • Mouthguards (opened packaging)
  • Hand Wraps (used)
  • Protection Gear (used in training/combat)
  • Custom or personalized items

DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT

If you receive damaged or defective gear, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

OPERATIONAL NOTES

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • International returns may be subject to customs fees
  • Precision Combat is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit
