At Precision Combat, we stand behind our combat-grade equipment like we stand behind our warriors in the ring. If your gear doesn’t meet your mission requirements, our returns protocol will ensure a swift and efficient resolution.

MISSION BRIEFING

You have 15 days from receipt of your order to initiate a return or exchange. All returned items must be in original, unused condition with tags attached and packaging intact. Weapons-grade equipment deserves weapons-grade care.

OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES

Step 1: Contact HQ

Email our command center at [email protected] with your return/exchange request. Include the following intel:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) for return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)

Step 2: Await Authorization

Our tactical support team will respond within 48 hours with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions. Do not deploy your return without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package your items using the original packaging when possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship to:

Step 4: Mission Completion

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

FINANCIAL EXTRACTION (REFUNDS)

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

EXCHANGE PROTOCOL

For exchanges:

  1. Follow standard return procedures
  2. Specify your desired replacement item
  3. We’ll ship your new item once the return is received
  4. Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

NON-RETURNABLE EQUIPMENT

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless defective:

  • Mouthguards (opened packaging)
  • Hand Wraps (used)
  • Protection Gear (used in training/combat)
  • Custom or personalized items

DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT

If you receive damaged or defective gear, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

OPERATIONAL NOTES

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • International returns may be subject to customs fees
  • Precision Combat is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit
