The plastic-grip handles adjust to the hand, providing sufficient grip, which makes training with the band more comfortable. The clamped fastening of the handles ensures fast, easy tightening and a firm grip of the band. Thanks to this easy solution, the expander can be easily adapted for many uses and to the user’s dimensions. The 200 cm-long band is very versatile; it it can be used for many different types of exercise. The expander comes with three strength ratings marked with different colours. This enables the right equipment to be chosen for the required intensity level. The expanders are sold separately or as a set.
