Bosu Elite Balance Trainer

The Bosu Elite Balance Trainer helps improve athlete speed, power, body technique and balance, and can be supplemented with the new Weck Method training program. The elite Bosu incorporates a higher density dome and a specific area defined as “Power Line” and “Power Zone” to establish optimal body technique while performing advanced athletic exercises. This Bosu is available in black with non-slip honeycomb texture and incorporates a gray perimeter ring and double mold platform for greater strength. The base is soft and non-slip for greater safety.
